一、瀝青試樣準備事項
1、 Preparation of asphalt samples
(1)瀝青在裝卸、運輸和貯存過程中混入水和異物，會影響以后試驗檢測的結果。操作原理是通過加熱和過篩方式，將水分和異物分別除去。操作時注意溫度控制，避免因溫度過高造成瀝青老化。
(1) Mixing water and foreign objects into asphalt during loading, unloading, transportation, and storage can affect the results of future testing and detection. The operating principle is to remove moisture and foreign objects separately through heating and sieving. (2)同一試樣應平行試驗兩次，當兩次試驗結果的差值符合重復性試驗的精密度要求時，以平均值作為瀝青的密度試驗結果，并準確至3位小數，試驗報告應注明試驗溫度。對黏稠及液體瀝青，重復性試驗的允許差為0.003g/cm3，復現性試驗的允許差為0.007g/cm3;對固體瀝青，重復性試驗的允許差為0.01g/cm3，復現性試驗的允許差為0.02g/cm3。
(2) The same sample should be tested twice in parallel. When the difference between the two test results meets the precision requirements of the repeatability test, the average value should be used as the density test result of the asphalt, accurate to three decimal places. The test report should indicate the test temperature.
