1、確定每盤熱料倉的配合比,計算出每盤混合料的質量,根據目標配合比確定的纖維用量計算每盤混合料中投放的纖維質量,然后按此質量對進場的纖維進行分裝,包裝袋采用市場上常見的聚乙烯塑料袋即可。分裝過程中,保證稱量的準確性。纖維的摻加如示意圖:

4、確定適宜的拌和與出廠溫度。瀝青(均指石油瀝青,下同)的加熱溫度宜為130℃~160℃,加熱不宜超過6小時,且當天加熱宜當天用完,不宜多次加熱,以免老化砂石加熱溫度為140℃~170℃,礦分不加熱。瀝青混合料的出廠溫度宜為130℃~160℃,當使用改性瀝青時,應比上述溫度的高限再提高10℃~15℃,纖維的摻加不必進行溫度調整。
4. Determine appropriate mixing and factory temperature.
